Privacy Notice

In line with changing data protection regulations we have today published a Privacy Notice which describes what information we collect and what we do with it.

When new members join the Trust we ask for their name, postal address, telephone number and email address. If a new member applies to the ‘Junior Membership’ category we also ask for their date of birth so that we know at what point to move them over into the ’18 or over’ age category.

This information is held solely for the purpose of managing membership subscriptions; to circulate invites to General Meetings or to share essential information about the Trust and its work.

Person-specific details which people have submitted to us via our website contact form or through social media is kept on file so that we can reply to their enquiries. This includes a name and an email address only.

We do not collect, store or analyse any information from people who visit our website or blog, such as internet log information or cookies.
